基于PROFIBUS总线技术的矿井提升机控制网络设计

Design of Mine Hoist’s Electric Control Net System Based on PROFIBUS

摘要: 针对矿井提升运输的工作机制,设计了一种采用PROFIBUS总线技术实现的新型矿井提升机控制系统;重点介绍了系统的网络拓扑结构、程序结构的设计和系统功能特点,详细阐述了PLC主控程序的设计方法、PLC与变频器通信方法以及监控系统的设计。在实践运行中证明,该PLC现场总线控制系统性能稳定、通信能力强,有效推动了矿井提升机控制系统革新,并提升了矿井电气控制水平。

Abstract: According to the working characteristics of mine hoist system,a new design method of process control and monitor system using PROFIBUS field bus technology is presented in this paper. It puts emphasis on the network topology, software programming and functional features of the mine hoist control system. The design method of PLC main program, communication between PLC and inverter, as well as the monitor control system are given in details. In practical running it conforms that this FCS keeps a well running performance with reliable stability and strong communication capacity, which boosts the reform of mine hoist and make progress on the electric control technology.
